Don’t be fooled by companies like these offering to send you copies of your property deed. These companies have no affiliation with the State of Ohio or the County Recorder’s office. If you would like to obtain a copy of your deed, you can do it Free of Charge by using our Online Records Search. If you need assistance pulling your information, our staff can print it for you for $2.00/page. The remainder of the information, like the property profile is also available free of
charge through the Miami County Auditor’s website.
