*Effective March 1, 2024*

All residential service changes or new services will require a drawing for review before being issued. Service permits will no longer be issued at time of submittal!


Online Customer Portal:

This service allows customers to view invoices, request inspections, & submit e-plans.


Residential Requirements Effective 6/17/2024

  • One contact is needed for the entire project. This person will submit ALL plans i.e. foundation, electrical, mechanical, structural, insulation, & truss drawings (if applicable).
  • Plans should be submitted as one (1) multipage PDF.
  • Foundation Only approvals can still be given, but the rest of the submittal must come as one (1) multipage PDF.
  • Any submittal not in a multipage PDF will be charged a $100.00 (plus 1% State Assessment Fee) processing fee.
  • There will be two (2) main submittals allowed ~ foundation and the remaining package. Anything submitted after will be charged a $100.00 (plus 1% State Assessment Fee) processing fee per submittals.
  • Plan rejections will not count toward the number of submittals.

*NOTICE*

All commercial submittals or resubmittals must now come through the original architect of record for the project.
