Membership of Council

• Director of the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services
• Director of Miami County DJFS
• Supt. of Miami County Board of DD
• Supt. of Miami County’s largest school district
• Representative of largest city in Miami County
• Representative of Dept. of Youth Services
• Representative of Early Intervention Collaborative
• Three Family Representatives who are not employed by an agency 

• Health Commissioner
• Director of Children Services Board
• Presiding Judge of Juvenile Court
• Supt. representing all other districts
• County Commissioners Representative
• Head Start Representative
• Representatives from local nonprofit agency that funds, advocates, provides services to children and families

Executive Committee: (Representatives of)

• An individual who is not employed by an agency
• The Director of the Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services or Designee
• The Miami County Health Commissioner, or the Commissioner’s designee
• The Director of Miami County Department of Job and Family Services/Child Protective Services
• The Superintendent of the Miami County Board of Developmental Disabilities
• The Superintendent of the city, exempted village, or local school district with the largest number of pupils residing in the county
• A school Superintendent representing all other school districts with territory in the county
• The President of the Board of County Commissioners or an individual designated by the board

The council is governed by an Executive Committee that has all of the powers and duties as the Administrative Agent of said Council as are created and permitted by law.
