Miami County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division

The following rules have been promulgated by the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, pursuant to Article IV, Section 5(B) of the Ohio Constitution and Rule 5 of the Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Common Pleas. They are adopted to provide for the efficient and expeditious management of business before the Court.

The Rules are effective as of January 2, 2019 and amended 66.06 to require guardians to complete all educational requirements effective as of November 1, 2019.
