Juvenile

Juvenile Court has jurisdiction of all delinquency and unruly matters; paternity cases; abuse, neglect and dependency cases; and all custody and visitation matters between unmarried individuals.

Municipal Court

The Miami County Municipal Court Jurisdiction covers all Criminal and Traffic offenses that are classified as a misdemeanor of the first degree and below, to include unclassified misdemeanors. The Municipal Court also facilitates all Small Claim filings.

Probate Court has jurisdiction over estates, guardianships, name changes, adoptions, civil commitments and marriage licenses.
