This application is used by both Court staff and the Clerk of Court’s office. Employees receive in-person and/or other training methods established or customized as needed by Equivant.
Courtview has a feature built within the Judicial Management module that sends digital reminders of hearings dates to parties and their attorneys. Text messages are sent once the hearing has been scheduled in the system. The alert is issued 2 - 3 days prior to the hearing date, and the day before the hearing date.
