Our Water and/or Sewer customers will need to create an account with a username and password.

Note: There is a convenience fee that is applied when paying through Point & Pay that is paid to them, NOT to Sanitary Engineering.

Credit Card Fees:

  • From $1 to $50 - $1.50 fee
  • From $51 to $100 - $2.50 fee
  • Fees increase by $1.50 for every $50
  • Electronic Check Fees: $2.50 up to a $10,000 bill

When inputting your account number, make sure that you use the asterisk in your account number. (Example: 13*015*1) Also, your address must be input in all CAPS. (Example 201 W MAIN)

If you have problems signing up on the system, please call the office at 937-440-5653, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
