Zoning Permits

Please be aware that in addition to requirements for zoning and building permits, Restrictive Covenants and Deed Restrictions may be in place for each property that provide additional rules for development. It is the responsibility of the applicant and/or property owner to be knowledgeable of and to follow any such rules or regulations. The issuance of a zoning permit does not exempt the applicant and/or property owner from compliance with any additional rules that are in place which may differ from the Miami County Zoning Resolution.
