About Wade H. Westfall

Mr. Westfall was a former Miami County Commissioner from 1989 to 1993 and
was re-elected January 2021 for a four-year term. Mr. Westfall has a strong
interest in community development and multifaceted leadership experience gained
through years in business, in public service, and activities with a wide
variety of non-profit organizations. He is the owner and operator of
Westfall Investment Properties/Four Sons Development, LLC, which has been
active in Miami County’s real estate field since 1979, as well as the president and
owner of the Midwest Ohio Baseball League. Among his numerous other activities, he
serves as the vice-president for Miracle League of the Miami Valley, is a
Trustee of the Paul G. Duke Foundation, is a Trustee of the Upper Valley Career
Center Foundation and served as co-chair of Troy’s Downtown Riverfront Initiative from
2016 to 2018. He also serves on the Board of Directors and a former Board President of
Main Street Troy. Westfall lives in downtown Troy with his Wife, Susan and has four
adult sons and seven grandchildren.
